At the heart of Tribute Hospice & Palliative Care’s mission is providing compassionate patient care that enhances the lives of people with life-limiting illness. Our vision is to lead the community by providing superior, individualized hospice care. Also, we aim to educate the community on end-of-life care.
Our Story
Tribute Hospice & Palliative Care was founded on a shared passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout the Coastal Bend. Locally owned and operated by four Registered Nurses with more than 100 years of combined nursing experience, Tribute was built by healthcare professionals who understand firsthand what patients and families need during some of life’s most important and vulnerable moments.
Our foundation in nursing shapes everything from our commitment to clinical excellence and timely, responsive care to the personal relationships we build with every patient and family we serve. As a locally owned hospice, our community is our home, and we believe every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion while receiving care that honors their needs, wishes, and choices.
